Course Introduction

There are reasons “why” accidents happen, and it is important to understand the potential “big picture” contributors to those events as well as the specifics of “what” happened.  This Safety Minute:

• Starts with a “big picture” understanding of why accidents may potentially happen,
• Followed by a deeper dive into individual “bigger picture” potential contributors, and
• Finishes with an example of the five (5) “whys” model.
