ESM 3.0: Attributes of (Really Good) Leaders

Course Introduction

Developing and enhancing effective leadership is one of the keys to developing a world-class safety program. Really good leaders have a lot of common attributes that contribute to both their individual success and the successes of their teams.  This Executive Safety Minute:

• Starts with a review of a  leader’s role in those “keys to success” addressed in Executive Safety Minute #2,
• Followed by specific examples of key leadership behaviors, and
• Finishes with five (5) important attributes of really good leaders.
