Course Introduction

Discovering what it takes to be successful in safety can be as simple as bringing everyone to the table to share experiences that reflects both  their past individual and team experiences.

This Executive Safety Minute:

• Starts with an exercise that asks the question “what does it take to be successful in safety?”,
• Followed by an explanation of seven (7) keys to success, and
• Finishes with a lessons learned capture associated with the process and feedback from this exercise.
