Course Introduction

One of the keys to success in better understanding process and associated results (or lack of it) is learning how to ask questions in a fashion that  stimulates critical thinking and draws out ideas. This Executive Safety Minute:

• Starts with defining/demonstrating  the value of Socratic questioning,
• Followed by examples of Socratic styled questions, and
• Finishes with a showing how Socratic questioning can support critical thinking and analysis.
