ESM 24.0: A Manager’s Guide to Evaluating Readiness

Course Introduction

Many unplanned events happen because the team is not fully ready, from both a safety and work execution perspective, before the work is initiated.  This safety minute serves as a primer for managers and engineers to evaluate readiness before work is initiated. This Executive Safety Minute:
