Recognizing that your safety plan is only as good as the foundation that it is built upon, this safety minute shares the experience proven strategy that comes with a principles-based approach. This Executive Safety Minute:

• Starts with a demonstration of the links between, vision, principles, and the execution plan,
• Followed by twelve (12) unique safety principles, and
• Finishes with linking those safety principles to leadership behaviors.
