While improving safety tactics are important, strategy is critical.  A plan without an accompanying strategy is like a road trip without a map; you are bound to get lost at some point and run out of gas. This Executive Safety Minute:

• Starts with a discussion of why being strategic is so critical,
• Followed by an example of a “big picture” strategy for driving change, and
