Course Introduction

To get better in safety you must either put more energy into safe behaviors and/or improve the efficiency of your safety processes.  Engaging the team in bold thinking can be effective/efficient and lead to high levels of ownership. This Executive Safety Minute:

• Starts with an example of questions to help initiate bold thinking,
• Followed by several examples of change that focus on strategy, and
• Finishes with an example that addresses a tactical challenge.
